THE DESIGN JOURNEY — Four Stages

Stage One — Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a complimentary, no-obligation design consultation, either in the comfort of your home or at our Woodley design studio.
During this meeting, we take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle, and budget. We’ll guide you through design possibilities, material options, and share examples of our previous work—ensuring we’re perfectly aligned before moving forward.

Stage Two — Design & Measure
We carry out a detailed site visit to take precise measurements, or alternatively work from scaled architectural drawings where appropriate. This stage allows us to refine the design direction and explore materials in greater depth, ensuring every detail is considered.

Stage Three — Material Selection
We will schedule a meeting either at our Woodley design studio or at our suppliers showroom in Burnham, Berkshire, which boasts one of the finest showrooms in the country, it offers an exceptional environment to view your material choices with confidence.

Stage Four — Design Presentation
We present your tailored design alongside a clear, detailed quotation. This is your opportunity to review, refine, and ensure every element meets your expectations before proceeding.

Design Investment
A nominal design fee applies, starting from £150, which is fully deductible from your final order.

• Supply Only: If you have your own kitchen fitter, we can supply the products. As well as the site survey, we will provide detailed working plans, elevations, and a check sheet to ensure a smooth installation. We work with many local builders, carpenters and installers and have successfully completed many projects on this basis. 
• Dry Fit: If you have your own builder who can do the preparation and supplementary works, we offer a ‘’dry fit’’ service with or without final connections. This is a great option for new builds, extensions, and major property refurbishments. 
• Full Fit: We offer a comprehensive installation service including project management and any supplementary works you might require such as: minor building works, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, flooring, and decorating. Our team of handpicked tradespeople are highly qualified, experienced, and their attention to detail is second to none.
